final version
whilst still somewhat slow i its slightly faster as i found a way to move the keyrames whilst keeping the movement the same (option+L click) i add puppet pinnig to the head to make it have independent movement.
the animation after thee jump is above twice too long and without restarting i'm having trouble actually getting moving all of the frames back in order. whilst all of the movements were fine and synched during the process it is very difficult to get a scense of the speed of the animation without exporting due to the program buffering.
